INFANT CST (Craniosacral Therapy)
TRAINING FOR PRACTITIONERS

Babies as young as a few minutes old can benefit from the subtle touch of CST to ease muscle tension resulting from time in the womb and/or birthing process. CST can help infants experienceing latch/feeding issues, head-turning preferences (torticollis), reflux/digestion issues, flat spots/brachycephaly/plagiocephaly, colic, chronic ear or sinus infections. Infant CST (Craniosacral Therapy) Training for Practioners offers an evidence-based and hands-on approach to learning and treatment. Students will learn about pre-birth, birth, newborn and infant anatomy, the benefits of CST for babies and will be provide treatemtents on the 5th day of the course. Prerequisite: CST Level 1 with Linda (Linden) or equivalent CST Training

CST (Craniosacral Therapy) Level 1

CST (Craniosacral Therapy) Level 1 introduces the background and core concepts of Craniosacral Therapy (CST), including the anatomy, systems and rhythms of the body. Emphasis will be on assessment, treatment and homecare techniques. Students will learn and put into practice stillpoints, cranial vault holds, diaphragm holds and fascial release techniques. This course was previously approved for 14 CEC PE (Cycle 13) for RMTs registered with the CMTBC and is open to all healthcare practitioners and students.

CST (Craniosacral Therapy) Level 2

CST (Craniosacral Therapy) Level 2 takes CST to the next level with more cranial vault releases, a deeper look into cranial anatomy and intra-oral work to help with TMJ, facial and dental trauma, and overall muscle tension in the jaw, neck and shoulders. Students will also learn how to integrate these new tools into their current practice. Emphasis will be on hands-on learning accompanied by presentation material for anatomy and visual reference.
Prerequisite: CST Level 1 with Linden Utting
