Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

At the age of 34 years old, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) changed the shape of my head and my life. Up until then, a flat spot on the back of my head had been a neat trick for balancing various items but a CST session with my Massage Therapist (RMT) released the flat spot and put me on a new path forward.

I immediately enrolled in courses to become a CST practitioner. Four years later I quit my job as a journalist and went back to school to become an RMT. Three years into my RMT career I went to Portland, OE to take CST training to work on infants. Now I treat newborns, children and adults using CST and Massage Therapy with amazing results.

This gentle touch therapy uses only 5 grams of pressure (the weight of a nickel) and works with the patient’s body to create space and smooth out roadbumps that are causing tissues to be stuck. These gentle releases help rebalance the body and calm the nervous system.

CST is great for any human of any age and I encourage everyone to try it!

CST can help children and adults experiencing:

* muscle tension

* postural imbalances

* anxiety

* attention disorders

* headaches and migraines

* ear and sinus issues

* vertigo

* concussion symptoms

Clients have good things to say about services offered.
